Founded by Jarrett and Jocelyn Lane, Fire Candy has grown from a local culinary venture into a highly respected catering and events brand, with a strong presence in the regional wedding and private events market.

The Lanes bring decades of combined experience in hospitality, having owned and operated several successful ventures including The Cask and Rasher, Storm King, and Memphis Hustle BBQ. Across each endeavor, their focus has remained consistent: exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and creating spaces where people feel connected and cared for.
In 2020, Fire Candy was awarded Small Business of the Year in recognition of its innovative and community-minded response during the COVID-19 pandemic. At a time of widespread uncertainty, the team quickly pivoted to provide creative takeout offerings and curated grocery packages, helping meet local needs when access to food and supplies was limited.
